At this time, ACP is offered as an Evaluation Edition to support demonstrations, evaluations, prototyping, proof-of-concepts (POCs), and early adoption activities.

ACP supports deployments across Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and hybrid cloud environments.

Information We Collect
Depending on how ACP is used, we may collect:

Platform Information
• Login timestamps
• User preferences

Platform configuration
Cloud Configuration Information
When authorized by the customer, ACP may process:
• AWS Account IDs
• Azure Subscription IDs

ACP does not intentionally collect customer business data unless required to perform requested platform functionality.

AI Services
ACP may integrate with Artificial Intelligence and Large Language Model (LLM) services to assist with:

• Intelligent automation
Prompts and generated outputs submitted by authorized users may be processed by configured AI providers.
Customers remain responsible for ensuring that sensitive information is not unnecessarily submitted to AI services.

• Generate Infrastructure-as-Code
• Generate application code
• Perform orchestration
• Monitor platform health

Autonomic Solutions may share information only when necessary to operate ACP, including:
• Amazon Web Services
• Microsoft Azure
• Google Cloud Platform
• AI service providers configured within ACP
• Service providers supporting ACP operations
We do not sell or rent personal information.

Security
ACP is designed using security-by-design principles and incorporates security controls including:
• Encryption in transit
• Encryption at rest (where applicable)

Data Retention
Evaluation account information is retained only as long as necessary to provide ACP services or satisfy legal and operational requirements.
Customers may request deletion of their evaluation environment upon completion of an evaluation.

The current release of ACP is provided as an Evaluation Edition intended for:
• Demonstrations
• Product evaluations
• Prototyping

Capabilities, features, and services may change as ACP continues to evolve.
